This 2019 Sauvignon Blanc from the Certified Organic, Coquelicot Vineyard opens with strikingly fresh notes of white peach, grapefruit, and lemon blossom. A bright minerality, followed by passion fruit, green apple, and hints of lemon curd shine through on the palate - it's surprisingly zippy given its barrel aging and promises to compliment the perfect spring salad or fish entree any day.
